All of our staff are CPR and First Aid certified for infants and children.  Each staff member must have 30 hrs of training every 2 years in the following areas:

* Child abuse and maltreatment
* Regulations pertaining to child abuse and maltreatment
* Regulations pertaining to child care
* Safety and Security procedures
* Health and Nutrition needs
* Principals of childhood development
* Child daycare programs development
* Shaken baby syndrome

All of our staff are background checked by fingerprinting, and cleared through the NYS central registrar.  Our staff is also required to have a TB test every year, and a physical every two years.  We also have a licensed nurse, and therapists available for special needs.
